12th Annual Fall Festival

Now in its 12th year, the Fall Festival is Truckee’s premier family-friendly autumn celebration and one of Tahoe Donner’s largest community events of the year. This event has something for all ages, with a full day of harvest-themed activities. It’s a fantastic way to embrace the spirit of fall with your loved ones.
Downtown Truckee Halloween Parade & Trick-Or-Treat
When: Friday, Oct 27, 2023
Trick-Or-Treat from 4:30-6:30pm. Parade starts at 6pm.
Where: Downtown Truckee
Get ready for some spooky fun in downtown Truckee! On October 27th, put on your favorite costume and join the festivities. This family-friendly event is a local October highlight. Kids and adults alike can enjoy trick-or-treating at downtown Truckee businesses and then head to the Community Arts Center for even more candy and Halloween-themed delights. The parade kicks off at 6 pm sharp, making its way through downtown Truckee to the Community Arts Center.
Annual Freakers Ball Halloween Party
When: Saturday, October 28, 2023
Where: Bally’s Resort, Lake Tahoe
Get ready to unleash your inner party monster at Lake Tahoe’s Annual Freakers Ball Halloween Party on October 28th. It’s Lake Tahoe’s largest and longest-running Halloween bash, complete with a $10,000 costume contest. Whether you choose to party at Blu Nightclub or Opeal and Blu Nightclubs, you’re in for a night of wicked fun. This event is for those 21 and over, and the doors swing open at 9:00 pm.
